I am a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C) with over  twenty years experience resolving complaints and appeals for government oversight bodies.  During that time, I mediated 1,000 appeals on behalf of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario. Extensive collaboration with municipal , provincial Freedom of Information Programs and health custodians has given me first hand knowledge of privacy legislation, regulations, jurisprudence and best practices. As a well respected highly skilled negotiator, I have a deep understanding of government and I am committed to supporting healthy business partnerships and privacy safe practices between government and private sector organizations.
